Windows Update hasn't offered me any Office updates for over a year.
Where can I find a list of the updates that are supposed to have been installed in Office 2007 (and Office 2010 for that matter)?

For a version of Office that supposedly reached end of support in October, it's odd that I'm still getting new updates...
KB4011276 - Description of the security update for 2007 Microsoft Office Suite: November 14, 2017
You can run this search to get a complete list of all Office 2007 updates in the Microsoft update catalog - http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/...?q=office+2007
Denis
SP3 [originally 16th September 2011 but listed in the Catalog as 25th June 2012] superceded all previous updates so you can just start with that and work forward. You can ignore updates for components you do not have such as Office communications server, Visio, ... {as I have done in the list below}
- I installed Office 2007 Pro on a new computer earlier this year and have maintained my list of all updates since then [90 entries in numerical sequence].
- I believe the list to be complete [I record all update lists before running updates and my computer is currently up-to-date].
- Several of the entries will be found to have superceded earlier ones but you would have to examine each update's properties page** in the Catalog in order to check for that {** click on an update's Title in the catalog list to see its properties; supercessions are shown in the 'Package details' tab.}
- I think it is easier just to work through the whole lot in sequence and allow the supercessions to just take care of themselves {the vast bulk of them take just a few moments to install}.
- I don't suppose there is any hurry - the Catalog will probably continue to provide these updates for several years. I have a limited internet data allowance and my motivation was to avoid having to download updates separately for each of my computers; the fact that I am fully prepared for any future reinstallations without recourse to the Catalog is merely a by-product.

Did I see somewhere (perhaps one of the Tutorials) that there's a way to use Powershell to apply updates as a scripted sequence of commands?
For a long list like the above, it may be worth it.
It seems that windows update should continue to deliver updates for fresh installs of Office 2007 despite support having ended. I recently did a factory reset on a Win7 PC with Office 2007 preinstalled by the OEM, but not activated until you bought a key.

David Y - Yes, see the guidance in PSWindowsUpdate - TenForums {This is based on MichalGajda's PSWindowsUpdate utility provided through TechNet}
The Powershell scripts are very well documented so you could read through Get-WUInstall to identify the switches you needed to get just the Office updates. To save you messing around, this is what you would need to run after having installed the modules concerned -
1 Firstly, get a particular one KB2526086 {SP3} - it includes all updates from any earlier Office 2007 installation and I would run it on its own before any of the later updates. Use this syntax -
Get-WUInstall -UpdateType "Software" -KBArticleID "KB2526086" -AcceptAll
2 Then you could run the main group. Arguably, you could just use the filter "Office" rather than "Microsoft Office" to avoid having to then run the separate item I explain in step 3 below.
Get-WUInstall -UpdateType "Software" -Title "Microsoft Office" -AcceptAll
3 You could then follow the main batch up with another single item {KB2553065 Update for Office File Validation 2010, 32-bit Edition} because the main group's filter would not catch it {it is called "Office" rather than "Microsoft Office"}. I have never understood why Office 2007 needs this update but the utility identifies it as required.
Get-WUInstall -UpdateType "Software" -KBArticleID "KB2553065" -AcceptAll

Note 1 - I do all my MS updating using MichalGajda's PSWindowsUpdate utility. I have all my network connections set to metered [I have also disabled Automatic maintenance so it does not force any Windows update runs and I have disabled UsoClient.exe so that the task UpdateOrchestrator cannot run]. This allows me to download once for all my computers to avoid unnecessarily using up my limited internet data allowance. I use the utility to get a list of all required updates with the syntax
Get-WUInstall -MicrosoftUpdate -ListOnly
and then I use the MS update catalog to download them except for non-MS hardware updates which I always get from the hardware provider.
Note 2 - I have a separate task in Task scheduler for updating Windows defender by running this a couple of times a day
"C:\Program files\Windows defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -SignatureUpdate
Note 3 - None of this has any effect on UWP Apps updating.
Note 4 - None of this has ever identified a new Windows 10 version in my experience. I rely on announcements in this forum to find out about new versions and then I use the Media creation tool to download an ISO file.
