May have no bearing on your particular situation, but.....

28GB free, the Windows.old is ~ 25-26GB, thereabouts, plus misc work space. And....the stupid system still wants to create a 12+gb Hiberfil.sys , which I promptly turn off! After the update. Math don't work out!
Ah. So it created a hiberfil.sys even though one of the first things I do is run powercfg /h off. This installation program is even stupider than I thought. Just ran that command on the new installation of 16362. I'm ready to do any testing on a setup.exe that includes the option to turn off creation of windows.old and/or hiberfil.sys. This program probably still has code from Windows 95

Yes 16362 is running well. Of one of the first things I do is install Firefox Nightly (will be FF 57 - you should checkout NIghtly if you haven't already - my default browser) and Chrome Canary (also superior to Edge IMHO)

Something new in this build, a third option in the rings: "Send me early updates" and if that option is chosen below appears: "Release Preview":
Edit: apparently is an option for those who are in rs3_release, soon they will be able to choose Release Preview and in Skip Ahead it could simply be a bug.

Thanks for this link. I will try to be there. Perhaps I can ask them about the installer disk space requirements. Or somebody should.

Oh DRATS! Lost Sleep mode. Have Hibernate, but no Sleep listed even in advance settings. Will write it up. Any suggestions? I am pretty sure it was there after the install last night, not there now.
    Tks
