That's why, if you install the latest insider version of Onedrive on a PC with build 15063 (and have never been in insider) the option of files on demand will not appear.

Now I am completely confused - I just installed same version of onedrive on skippy and it said the skippy was a later version BUT the skippy default version does not have Files on Demand - GO FIGURE!
