I think so but it had very little response. I am using the same hardware and every build I ran since 9926 went to sleep and came out of it, but when RS3 came along none of them did. I am happy with The CU and it seems MS does not care so I am not concerned about it.

I see you have intel X5xx series chipset. I have one of those (consumer series) at work and silly machine never wake from sleep - have to have sleep option completely disabled. I'm blaming printer port card, but could be that powered USB port in front, too. Play with some BIOS settings.

Right, Keith. I don't think the Agreement has anything to do with the Feedback Hub, other than maybe being posted to it. I haven't looked, though, since I can usually follow the link in emails I receive from Microsoft.
