The only response I ever got was from DS when I tweeted her that build 16288 would not install. I posted hundreds of issues at The Hub with my email address and NEVER received a response. I gave them a suggestion that some sort of chat room should be set up for Insiders only-No response to that either. Something has to be fixed a build should not take 4-6 hours to install and work arounds by users are great but they should NOT be necessary.
No matter how large Microsoft is, there's just no way they can respond to every individual issue; I can't find it now, but when I first started to use the Feedback Hub, I was told that due to the sheer number of feedback items, it would be impossible to personally respond. I'm quite sure there are some issues that get personal attention, but I'm betting there will have been a large number of complaints and only one or two of the OPs will be contacted.
I would add that the Feedback Hub is a way to give Microsoft the feedback they need in order to prioritize bug zapping and other issues that need to be solved. The Feedback Hub is not a support system, however much I'd like it to be. It's just not possible.

I understand that then they should not ask for your email address which makes one think someone will contact them.

The Feedback Hub isn't just marketing, and they do look at our feedback. I cannot imagine that any company would set up such a huge database just to keep us interested (marketing) in Windows 10.
If I had to guess, and it would only be a guess, I'd say that although our systems report back, that's not
everything that interests the devs. Having said that, awhile back I was having weird shutdowns, and every time, I got a popup asking what I was doing when an unscheduled shutdown happened.
Check out the link I gave and you'll see an almost unimaginable scope of what the devs do with our feedback.

so has anyone got EN-GB x64 installed by windows update yet

- Do a full disc cleanup of C drive (including system files)
- Delete all files and folders from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Downloads
- Run SFC /SCANNOW
- Disable all startup items Using Task Manager
- Disable all non-MS services using System Configuration and then reboot when prompted
- Disable any Antivirus you have enabled
- Run Windows Update
- Keep fingers crossed
- After successful install, re-enable AV, Startup Items and finally the non-MS services and reboot
tried all that also removed windows old and still no install x 10.
might try later to night or tomorrow if that not then wait for next version

Are you still getting the same error message? Are you trying to install EN-GB version of Windows? I have seen reports of EN-GB not yet installing.
Last time I checked the Windows release files total size, it was only 170GB though it should be around 192GB or more.
My solution does not work in the case of missing binaries on the Windows Update servers. I think you have to wait a bit longer and keep trying or just wait for next build. :)

Dunno, Keith, but it's still there. :) Don't they generally change the date when they update something?

One could try those too...but it all depends on the error you are getting. Does not hurt to try though.
ADDON TO PREVIOUS: If the upgrade issue is related to MS server missing files, then nothing will help until MS uploads these files.
