You need to do it before the 'restart' to be most certain. You may do it from windows.old directory after all installation is complete. If you do the latter, some people have reported problems. I personally have not experienced problems. See Kari's tutorial uuptoiso

Try updating again, might succeed second time.

Mine took one hour total to download the file, create an ISO from the UUP, make a bootable USB stick.....

Interlude to change a dirty diaper on my Granddaughter....

Install the new build, check for updates and restart.

Yours took too long.
