That would be me. I had this problem from a few minutes after the release on 32bit Pro before any problems were reported.

I believe so, but Enterprise is a different build/flight than Pro, and they (Enterprise) have been getting it. I thought I saw where someone with Education got it, too. Might be wrong.

I got both Edu and Ent x64

I am not even sure how long after release I began my download. Just happened to be walking by the machine and decided to check for updates and there it was. I'm guessing 5:05 or 5:10 PM EDT. Saw it and a WD update were downloading and left the room.

UPDATE:

WindowsInsiders who are seeing the "can't update" error from yesterday. Our fix is rolling out. Please give it till 5 pm PST today.

One interesting side note while waiting for this one to roll out: Windows Spotlight suddenly started to work again for me. I did nothing to accomplish this...it just worked this morning...
