I would think they could have pulled the delayed download from their servers and issued a statement stating that due to circumstances the release has been delayed UFN.
That would make too much sense and be too easy.

Not me. EOD Redmond time.
My next try will be in about 28 hours.

More knowledgeable members will correct me if I'm wrong > I bet this will be a server problem much like the store image problem they had with running the DISM script, which took MS awhile to fix. Systems couldn't find the image.
We know that Enterprise updates, so it must be able to find its store image. I'm thinking each edition needs that image to see what each system has and what new files it needs to upgrade. The other system editions can't connect to their particular image. A back and forth communications with the server cannot start until each system finds that image. That's the crux of the UUP method. Where it finds those files to be downloaded is another thing depending on one's system settings. e.g. One's own network or over the Inet via other machines.
With the ESD, it simply downloads the whole store image and installs it.
All in all, MS is trying to save users' data with the UUP method.

I suspect the Skippy is produced by a separate branch of worker bees in Redmond so maybe we'll get a try at that today. But actually it seems to me like they need a stand down there to reevaluate their pre release testing. But that's just my opinion.

If it was a server problem maybe... but some Win Pro 64 bit users are getting it, A server problem would not take way of 24 hours to fix, Saving us data that is removed and costing us time lots of time and time is money.

So what is it you think it is?
MS is getting all the bits uploaded...it should be close to 192GB in total...
