I THINK it was determined they were using the Enterprise version and/or 32 bit versions.

Well. 6h hours ago (11:33pm) was tweeted "all fixed". Guess the "variant" (32/64 - Pro/Enterprise) isn't published yet.

UPDATE: The PC build issue is fixed! Each variant will go live as it finishes publishing. ETA ~2 hours for variants to become available.

Being one of the mass's, cant see why that missing ETD for Pro is mucking me about

Both Education and Enterprise x64 installs started the update process without issues - may be some truth to the missing Pro file

I think the posts here are a bit jaundiced as most Insiders tend to be PRO users on this forum.
