I was really bored so I gave 1628 a try even if they didn't fixed the API for Aida and shit..
Everything went smooth, it took 1h23minutes which is pretty normal for my old PC using a 7200rpm HDD.

Big surprise when I sat at my comp this morning. Tried to figure out what had caused it to restart just after midnight. Then the penny dropped - another version had been clever enough to do its own thing without me needing to watch it!

These differences in time zones keep me out of sync at times.

The mention of aluminum wiring brings up the heating and cooling of conductors which causes problems. Back in the '70s and '80s one would see a lot of copper 'pigtails' of about 6" to 10" on devices such as light switches that were connected to the aluminum wiring in buildings, those connections had to be very good/tight and the wiring had to have slack to account for that heating and cooling. Generally the aluminum worked better if a gauge larger than necessary for copper.

This is my thoughts on Edge. I will test it. I will report any bugs I find. I'm happy with Pale Moon and If MS wants me to switch to Edge as my main browser any and all problems I report they can do the work to find and solve the problems.

If any electrician tried to do that in my house I would toss them out of my house. I doubt that would even pass inspection. I'll stay with copper.
