    @CountMike,

    What Almighty1 means is what he said... there was a phone app in the Start Menu. It's certainly there on my non insider, non upgraded to FCU yet backup desktop...

    It's now gone with this update... at least on both my desktop and laptop upgraded to FCU.

    How odd - both my laptops still have it after upgrading to FCU

    Yep... don't have it on either desktop or laptop; just double-checked. BTW the laptop was upgraded through Windows Update while the desktop wound up getting a clean install. Neither of them have the Phone app in the start menu.

    Edit: Just checked my other laptop that got upgraded and it doesn't have it either. I guess the new mystery is how you still have it

    Mine were in-place upgrades using a USB made by the MCT. Both retained the Phone app.

    I'm not sure that would make a difference but....

    I'm running the creator update and I don't have the Phone app in my start menu. Windows 10 x64 Pro, Version 1709, build 16299.19 (non insider)
    If you started with builds after 1511, you won't have it.
