I think who ever made it(I just searched Bing for Windows Fall Update Countdown), didn't set it to the normal Microsoft upload time(Redmond 10:00 a.m.), and just the date.

This is especially true for tablets which often have special drivers not in MS iso. Many have clean installed, not realising this, and then find various drivers are missing, and for many tablets, this is often a huge issue as many tablet vendors do not have websites with latest drivers (if any).

Even exporting drivers does not always work for these special drivers as I found out recently. Sometimes, yiu need to run special programs to get tablet to even recognise hardware before you can install drivers.
Yes the same is true for notebook computers, although at least the major brands do have support sites where you can download the needed drivers before updating and there is usually info on whether a certain model will be compatible with new OS's. I remember with my Asus G75 in order to upgrade to from 7 Pro to 8 which I didn't do and then with 8.1 there some drivers that I had to update even before running the free upgrade to 8.1 Pro, that same notebook was never supported by Asus for windows 10 and its still running 8.1 Pro.

I agree MS is doing a lot of user a disservice by forcing these upgrades on machines that need proprietary drivers, most of the end up taking there units to repair shop to sort out, so they probably never learn that the can turn off driver updates, which doesn't always work with major version changing upgrades.

Oops Just discovered my install somehow got Windows 10 Home on Fall Creators, not taking the Generic Key for Pro, so guess tomorrow i'll end up fixing it somehow then lol, Me and my decision to upgrade early lol

System image picks up Home to lol, guess since PC originally came with Home, and Bios has key in there for Home, I bought Pro in June 2016 lol, transferred it from old PC fine with help of Activation chat a few weeks ago when I got this PC, Hopefully I can get Pro Edition back tomorrow, and all will be perfect

Should I make a 15063 ISO and go back to that and get that one on Pro, then update Via Windows Update? should I wait and attempt trouble shooting more tomorrow

Same for me. I got everything I need backed up. Pictures and docs on NAS drives (in triplicate), music in the cloud (iTunes Match) and 99% of my games are steam so can be re downloaded. But the thought of clean installing and re installing hundreds of gigs of games and various apps is not palatable, not to mention getting each user account set back up how we like with shortcuts and settings etc etc is not palatable. Would take days and days to get things back where they were...
Then ... you should look into Laplink's PCMover. With that, after a clean-install, you can selectively restore stuff from an Image file. So, if you made an image backup using Macrium Reflect, you could mount that after the clean-install, install and run PCMover, and get most of your apps and settings back. It does not do everything, nor does it claim to, but it can shrink days of work into hours or minutes.

Just like many others here, my Computers (3) are all ready and waiting for this Fall Creators Update. I woke up at 1:00 AM (EST), again at 2:30 AM and now I'm up and awake at 5:00 AM. Each time looking at my Computers for the start of the Download.

What happened ?? Will the Update be released at 6:00 PM (EST) ?? Just wondering, like all of you.

Usually, at least on Patch Tuesdays, 10:00am is when the button is pushed.

It's been posted before, but a reminder. Once it is released (by the Wizard behind the curtain....) not all will get it right up front, or even real soon. It will be a staggered release, just as before. Hardware deemed most likely to succeed (purely subjective IMO), will see it first. Then a slower roll-out to everyone. There will be a way (posted before) to get it after it's Officially released, from MS. No need to jump on some ISO homegrown from who-knows-where. It's all in this article, but basically you would use the Update Assistant or Media Creation tool.
