    Hi guys,
The actual windows version I have is 16299.19 . I want to download it as iso and do a clean install. I have downloaded the
windows media creation tool and the version is
16299.15 . Is there any other source to download the latest iso or should I
wait for the media creation tool to get updated?

As soon as you install it it will update, it's not some big update.

This is quite normal - base install is 16299.15, and once installed, you get a normal update to 16299.19.

I had problem this morning, when I woke up I immediately noticed that program for security camera was stuck with a notice to that effect. Stopped program and tried to restart it from Start menu but that too was stuck and wouldn't respond. Restarted PC and Start was working but all my carefully arranged tiles were replaced by default as like at installation time. Checked for any new update but there was none.
There was no forced restart or roll back, system restore is not active or anything that could account for that happening.

Since the FCU, there are some strange folders/files showing up in my temp folders. Various folders beginning with 'DiagTrack' and numerous files ending in '.Public.AppUpdate.dat'. Anyone know what these are created for?

Yep, that's them. My anti-virus has Windows Defender switched off so it's strange that these are appearing.
