To be clear, the nagware was there before the update. I just didn't like it popping up every time I went to do something. That was the complaint. Once the update was done, so was the nagware. All is good :)
Oh! Ok, didn't realize that. Looked like you were getting it no matter what.

My desktop computer just downloaded fall creators update, but update was unsuccessful. It has downloaded all files, made 100 percent for preparing files to install but hadn't offered restart, update says all is up to date. After manual restart it still occupies about 13+ gigabyte space from the drive C:/ but no installing. Update history says update was unsuccesful but in an other entry it says restart is needed. What the hell should i do?
You can use the Media Creation Tool. Use Option 1 in the following tutorial:

You could try downloading the ISO, and upgrade that way.

Not sure what else can be done since you can't see the update and don't want to download the ISO

How different it is automatic windows update vs. manual one (web)?

I just don't want to clean install my OS. Manual update seems like a clean install as it shows the pages in the very first opening of Windows installation (refer to Update to Latest Version of Windows 10 using Update Assistant Installation Upgrade Tutorials )

The "manual" update does not perform a "clean install of (hour) OS." I did it, and nothing changed with my apps, programs, settings, etc.

Did you get the screens in starting FCU after installation that is shown in the link above? I do not remember that when updating to RS2 (automatic update).

It's not. For every new version since 1511 I've downloaded the Media Creation Tool, used the 'make media for another PC' option and used that media (ISO or USB) to upgrade manually. You can keep all installed apps, files and documents. I still have all the apps that were installed back when this machine was running OEM Win7.

A manual update using the MCT to make an ISO (or USB) is said by many on these boards as being the most reliable way to upgrade.

OK then, I will try manual web update. uBlock Origin was blocking the "Update Now" section of that webpage.

    edit: Thanks for the replies!

Windows Update Assistant is very easy to use, no extra steps, no ISO to make, clear to understand, totally automatic, and reliable. You can also, at any time, use the MCT to make an ISO to keep for the future. Either can be used to upgrade, and neither one is a "Clean" install, just an upgrade as if it had come thru Windows Update, just much, much faster.
