That's very strange, you can use this option in Winaero Tweaker to see if it solves the problem:

Every morning I gotta 'uninstall' these!!!
(I'm going back to an earlier Build, or maybe an earlier decade!)
There's an easy solution for that. Use a third party Start Menu such as Classic Shell and you will be master of the setup. :)

May I ask, in what way do these make your Windows 10 unusable?
I don't do games and such, so why should I be subjected to these things being installed on my computer and taking up hard drive space? I have plenty, but others do not.

I guess every time we get a new build we get these installed. I just ignore them because I have tiles with the programs I use and rarely dive into the start menu. If we weren't Insiders it would be delete once and forget. It would be nice if there was an option upon getting a build where we could pick and choose before install, but that's a bit off the wall.

That's exactly what messed the Store app for me. Kept uninstalling them and found that Store froze when downloading other apps. Lost the People app this way. Upgraded on the slow ring yesterday to 16278 and they've gone and Store works okay again.

As for Cortana if you ask a question while the computer has been idle it will open full screen. Or if not idle ask a couple of questions and it will then open full screen.

No, in some of the past builds Microsoft introduced a change on that, the applications that are uninstalled in a build are not reinstalled in the next build, and, at least in my case, that change works, that's why I find very strange what happens to Edwin, I'm looking for the build in which that change was introduced, I'll edit my comment when I find it.

Edit: the change was introduced in build 14926: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14926 for PC and Mobile

    Thanks Leo -
I noticed the uninstalled apps were not being re-installed, but wasn't sure when it happened. Always good to see feedback making a difference.
