Not sure how to find a link to my feedback on the Hub but here's the text of the suggestion.

    -----------------------------------------------------

The last upgrade I made to build 16353 from 16273 (Fast/Skip Ahead ring) used 27.5 GB which is more than one-third of the disk space I have allocated on a small SSD. I also dual boot with Windows Server 2016 and Debian Sid.I've long thought that an option to skip the windows.old folder (and other update folders) should be provided with a confirmation which you already have with Disk Cleanup. This would likely reduce the update time significantly as well as being a service for those of us running Windows 10 IP's on notebooks as well.

Great idea and great post to the hub, Marty.

    Hey @martyfelker, :)

Here's how you can find the feedback you submitted in the Feedback Hub.

I'll be sitting this one out, since I went back to the regular Fast Ring. Guess I'll just watch this thread to see what's coming up.
Me too, but can you opt in on one computer and still get regular fast ring on other two computers?

Had to disable hibernation again. Store now works as should on this laptop. Will wait for Autumn Creators final on the other one and quit insiders on it. APU is dire anyway. Hopefully once on ACU I can revert from IP on that machine then.

Sure, but I'm not in a position to keep more than one computer updated at the moment.

We're waiting for our Internet speed to be updated, but we've had three techs out and each time, the speed goes in the wrong direction. So, until AT&T gets its act together, I have to conserve bandwidth. Each time a new Build comes up, I have to wait until about 8:00 my time to update.

That is a false positive. There's no trojan in the tool. It works, the only thing you have to do if you get it flagged is to tell your IObit Malware Fighter program that it is a false positive. If you do not know how to do it, consult the help files and documentation of that application.

There is nothing in the code of the tool that causes it to abort.
For the record; Defender doesn't list it during a scan on either partition of my rig.

I know it's been there awhile, but the offline scan feature is nice.

I have both on same box, dual booting, along with other OS's. No problems.

Thanks @Wynona. I'm going to try. Sorry that you're having bandwidth problems -- very disheartening for sure.

Well, I suppose the Devine Intelligence is telling me to stay away from this Skippy build. I started to change to Skippy, the current version of windows decided I needed a new driver for my internet, it installed it and apparently did not complete the install, now I have no internet connection on that build, tried to start it in recovery mode, rebooted and now it won't even start in recovery mode. So, now I get to test the UUPtoISO disk for 278 and reinstall that partition. GRRRRRR All the programs I had on that disk will be history for sure. Oh, well. Such is life.
