The last build on Skip Ahead was released just last Wednesday, there was no reason to think that Skip Ahead had been forgotten. :)

    • If you DIDN’T opt in to Skip Ahead, you’re receiving the latest builds of the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (RS3). You will eventually start receiving builds for the next feature update of Windows 10 (RS4) once we release the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.
    • If you DID opt in to Skip Ahead, you’re receiving early builds for the next feature update of Windows 10 (RS4).
The above confuses me. Does this mean that there will be no more RS3 Builds till the Final?

That's normal, they had already said that their priority was to stabilize RS3 and they wanted everyone to know that they were going to focus on that, that did not mean they were going to forget about Skip Ahead.
