No, in some of the past builds Microsoft introduced a change on that, the applications that are uninstalled in a build are not reinstalled in the next build, and, at least in my case, that change works, that's why I find very strange what happens to Edwin, I'm looking for the build in which that change was introduced, I'll edit my comment when I find it.

Thanks for the info, I'll try deleting them again. It's been several builds now since I last did it so perhaps this will work this time.

You can Ctrl + Click select and drag multiple items into a playlist, a little more cumbersome than WMP but doable.



Also, Groove will 'pick up' your WMP Playlists but you cannot Personalize them as the ones made within Groove.

They're back!!!
