And, yes, you can make all icons nameless but why can't we just choose?

Might seem petty, but it is useful to have a choice (name or not) to maximise room taken with ease of recognition.

Anyway, back to Chrome!! But, you never know, maybe there will come a time when I will switch. Maybe.

I'd likely use Edge more if I could have the names show for folders without the names also showing for the individual icons.

    Like I can in Chrome:

I'm on a hiatus from Chrome and IE. I do use Google as a search engine in Opera but that's it. Other browsers do fairly well and just hoping Edge becomes very competitive to Chrome by smoothing out the occasional rough Edges, so to speak..

The no-name Favorites bar icons can be quickly changed by means of a right click context menu. Just as with all UWP apps Edge is in development and gets added features. All UWP apps will always be in development just as any software. That's why they have updates.

Just as with all apps, there's pros and cons. I have absolutely no problems with Edge. Get around fine in it and it is quick.

I have tried other browsers, have Firefox installed, but always return to Chrome. Options are good.
