It was installed from a Skippy ISO but not set as such. That was my "experiment" to see what happens. It took it's sweet time to update as it was left on for few days. I'm not sure that Skippy makes any sense any more, started too late. They'll concentrate on fixing instead of introducing anything beyond fall update.
Are you saying you clean installed from Skippy, but did not set option to be on Skippy, and eventually it upgraded to normal Fast Ring build.
I can see that would happen, prior to divergence of builds - Skippy is behind RS3 Fast. However, once Skippy surges ahead of RS3 Fast, I cannot see that happening, even if you never set option for Skippy.
I voiced same concern about Skippy value as MS have clearly indicated RS3 is top priority.
The branches recombine once RS3 is released. Then RS4 will develop in earnest.
Prior to that, only thing you may see is a few uwp apps being updated for testing but not much else really.
Once Skippy surges beyond build release, you will not get option to leave Insider until RS4 or whatever.

I'm OK with that, but after official update most of other insider stuff is going to be for Rs4 anyway so they just may "kill"it.
"Are you saying you clean installed from Skippy, but did not set option to be on Skippy, and eventually it upgraded to normal Fast Ring build". Yes. exactly like that.

Not so much kill. I would expect RS3 Fast builds to be upgraded to latest Skippy, then branches are realigned, and Skippy option disappears and just back with FAST ring.

If you have a HDD instead of SSD it may take much longer than that but don't give up as long as your disk drive light is active.
It seems to alternate between high disk usage and high CPU usage with me. Depending on your hardware the upgrade can take hours and often appears to be stuck.

I noticed a lot of glitches too after being online on 16273 for over a week (think it was 9 days) in a row. A reboot fixed it. On 16275 I have not yet found such issues (2 days online now without a reboot).
Same here. Very nice build :) One thing bothers me is Notification about" finish installing device...." Can not get rid of it And have no clue which device is involved...

I've had that on an off for several builds Andre. I just ignore it. If you are feeling adventurous you could have a look in the device manager and see if anything is really wrong.
