    Printing issues

Has anyone started having printing issues (IP Printing) since the build before this one? I started having issues printing. When I print a test page via the print properties, all is fine and it prints fine. But whether I try to print a WORD doc or PDF in acrobat, they act like the printed, nothing left in the print que but nothing ever prints. Cant find the print job. I have deleted and added the print driver (Universal PCL6) which has worked flawless for the last 6 months of insider builds (on the fast build ...updating every time).

    Thanks for any advice.

Since updating to 16273, my laptop awakes on its own from standby (lid closed) after exactly 20 Minutes, stays awake for maybe 5 minutes or so, goes to standby, and after 20 minutes it awakes again and this cycle repeats. WTF. And power-troubleshooter event says wake is caused by power button LOL

For the rest it works like a charm

Had similar thing happen in last build, just couldn't print from some places like Pictures and notepad but worked from office, browsers etc. Just like you said, it showed that it's printing but it went into thin air, never reaching printer.

Are there any other VirtualBox users having problems with Guest Additions in this version?
The scale-to-fit screen scaling seems to have stopped working for me.

This is one goofy update. I keep seeing it down loading nn%, then it jumps back to checking for updates, then downloading 0% then it returns to where it was, 26%, 44%, 86%, etc. I'm hoping it will finally make it to 100% and continue. So far made it to 97%. Taken about an hour so far.

This is in a Oracle VM.

    To f14tomcat:

I wasn't able to PM you because I'm new, but I would most definitely like the links to the ISO. I can't even get the system to boot up in safe mode.

This small issue I had in 16257 was not fixed by repair install, but upgrade to 16273 have fixed it:

Annoying thing that started yesterday, my Quick Launch will not be shown when booted. I rely heavily on it, its 25 shortcuts are located comfortable on top of my vertical Taskbar.

It's not a big issue to set it back after every sign in, but as it by default organizes shortcuts in alphabetical order, I need to use some extra time to get it organized as I prefer. It's important to me because I'm so used to certain order that I hardly need to watch where I am clicking to open a specific app.

Any ideas, what could be causing Quick Launch toolbar not to be shown?
As bugs in my favourite browser Edge seem to fixed, too, I must say I am quite happy :)

It puzzled me why MS would limit numbers to skip ahead, but it has just occurred to me that limit is really to stop too many NOT remaining on RS3, so as to ensure RS3 builds are well tested before final run in?

I suspect that once Rs3 is released that Skip Ahead will loose it's usefulness.

Skip ahead will disappear and every will be on just the Fast Ring single branch.

People should realise being on Skip Ahead does carry one risk. Once build upgrades go beyond RS3 official release build upgrade which will happen soon, you will not have the option to leave Insider Programme without reinstalling release version.
