My first attempt failed, but the second one took about 30 mins to download/install and 20 mins to restart.
Anyway, it seems very snappy. First time using 10, that I have got that Windows 7 feeling. Very nice. :)

Got the one machine done (x64 Skippy) including ISO in about an hour and 15 mins. Had a GSOD and figured that was it but it gathered info rebooted and finished install. Still have the x32 .rs3 old lappy to do. Both had the exclamation mark.
I did a sfc scan and it did show corruption from probably when I got the GSOD, data fixed. It also messed up my connection to my wifi extender somehow and that got fixed too. OTW so far so good.

Yes, this was a nice surprise! At first, I thought something was wrong because it went so quickly. The usual long processing points of 75-76-77% were not there. Whole process, from Check for Updates to full desktop in 38 minutes. 5 minutes to make ISO before Restart. Very nice! Same for the "Skip Ahead", nice quick update. Also nice to not see the "Hi! We have some updates for you." blah-blah-blah

    :)

I'm finding nothing wrong with this build so far. It seems as stable as the usual RTM.

I envy you guys with modern hardware. My laptop just started the fifth hour of the upgrade process (upgrade found 19:02 my time, it's now 23:08), all signs are good, though, so I believe I will get to Restart now as soon as in an hour or so. Then it's just an hour and a half to restart and upgrade.

Resources are OK, only 7% of CPU and 47% of RAM (that includes 4 GB used by a VM) used at the moment. It's just slow, without any apparent reason.

EN-US W10 PRO upgrade on a Hyper-V VM is already at "Installing 13%" after only two hours, it might be I will make a new record in this UUP era and get it done in under four hours :)

Automatically installed on its own on my Dell Venue Pro 11 (7139). Working on the install for the i7 Z97 Fatal1ty desktop right now. So far, so good. I agree with Kari's assessment of "slow," but it seems trouble-free so far...

Definitely they changed something with this build, as someone already said here, the installation no longer stay in 76 or 77% for hours as it happened before, the entire installation process took less than two hours, in my case, that is "fast".

Mine took 28 minutes from the very start to completely done, that was pretty fast for me.

Another member had time of just over an hour. i3 & SSD. Maybe a common thread is it's still I/O bound in areas, but much, much better. They definitely changed something.
