Turns out I'm going to do a clean install of this build from a DVD. Debian Sid is just wonderful

Edge is still slightly clunky in this build, it's annoying me, albeit, it's definitely getting better.
But they still have much more work to do to even get it to work smoothly and reliably.
Little things like very slow right click context menus on SOME web pages, but not all.
Like hitting CTRL-F and then typing to enter some search text, but the focus goes to the address bar, not the new Find In Page search box.
Both very important things to fix for day to day usability.
After updating to VM-WIN10-16273 in VMware Fusion...
What is my best option to troubleshoot this issue in the screen below? I let my VM rest for your answers...
This is my first ever MAJOR flawed update since I entered Insiders and it's looping...
EDIT: Let me first do some cleaning-up in the VM!
To be continued...
EDIT-1: I now see that the GSOD is caused by ESET Smart Security efpwwfp.sys
From an old thread on ESET forums in 2015, giving that a try:
I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and also ran into BSOD: "DRIVER: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error in epfwwfp.sys".
After the initial upgrade, Windows tries to perform a Windows Update "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081424)".
It fails to do so if ESET Smart Security 8 Network Protection is enabled and results in a boot loop with the BSOD.
The fix that worked for me:
1. Boot into Safe Mode with Networking
2. Open ESET SS8 and permanently disable "Personal firewall, Network attack protection, Botnet protection"
3. Reboot, Windows may show a message that it is rolling back the failed update.
4. Perform all Windows Updates
5. Reboot
6. Open ESET SS8 and re-enable "Personal firewall, Network attack protection, Botnet protection"
I don't know if I will run into this when future Windows Updates are made available, but this worked for me with KB3081424.
To be continued...
EDIT-2: Nope, could not restart ESET in Safe Mode + Networking.
Why not delete all the drivers and reinstall ESET???
Not on the printscreen is the remark "important driver: NO". Holding on to this system-state, so any help or directions needed and are appreciated!![]()

Thanks HG!. The trip was unfortunately somewhat stressful as my wife developed a skin infection and wehad to visit the ER in Asheville and Wake Forest. The later was a nightmare we had to spend 14 hrs in the ER because of overcrowding or plain incompetence.
However the eclipse itself was great. A dark cloud obscured much of the totality phase but the corona peeked out for maybe 20 seconds or so. We were at City Hall in Franklin and could watch the NASA live feed if we got tired of looking up. We did hear a rooster during the 2 min 30 seconds of totality - the temperture drop was dramatic.
Took an hour to get from Asheville to Franklin on eclipse Monday but 5 hours to get back. Very strange to encounter such traffic in the boonies.
All in all it was worth it. Once in a lifetime and all that.
Now I'm downloading 3 Orace VM upgrades. Enterprise and Education are getting 16273 while Professional is downloading 16275. I had to install an earlier Windows VB testbuild as the latest had a strange version error which I'll report by and by. I working in Windows Server 2016 at the moment - I will install 16273 as a clean install either tonight or tomorrow. I guess we will get "RTM" in a month or so - Kari made a specific predictions awhile ago.
