Kari. I misplaced my uuptoisosetup program and needed to download when I found that that Chrome canary blocked it!. Downloaded using Firefox NIghtly but I thought you might want to complain with Google.

I have emailed all AV makers who are falsely flagging it. Waiting it to be cleared, white flagged.

Good. I can certainly vouch for it.

16273 came up with no incident. I still have some post eclipse hangover so I'm glad I don't have to make a quick decision about whether to do a clean install.

16273 is laptop insider OS.... not sure what you mean by "main-use"..
desktop has Creators Update 1703 and there is now Local account in use...

In the meantime I found out that under Store Settigns - App updates - the option Update apps automatically is greyed out (but set as off) and I have to contact system admininistrator about changing this setting.
But I am logged as Admin with linked microsoft account, so whats wrong.

Can you show us a screenshot of the apps that are trying to update?
