So if I don't have it what would that mean?? The download hasn't started yet?

I'd make sure all updates have been manually checked for, and run, if available. Seems to have started and finished on my 8.1 Pro system after installing updates.

Would not being logged into a Microsoft Account be a problem with not getting the download? I didn't set up a MS account when I installed W7 on this PC a few years ago.

I noticed a strange thing in the registry

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\UpgradeExperienceIndicators\Reduced

What does the reduced key mean?

@BunnyJ Do have the reduced key as well?
