    For people not yet getting the upgrade follow this guide it worked for my windows 8.1 laptop here in the UK.

    If your hamburger icon disappears, open up windows update to see the status.

    I have four computers and none of them will download the update without failing. I tried this method on two computers and it does not work for me. I still get the update failed message so presumably it is failing for the same reason each time on each computer.
