That still doesn't answer what full build the OEM version got. If they are going to use .16393 or an earlier version.

Good Morning, has anyone been able to install this update? I uninstalled the 3074683 from last night and tried but it doesn't seem to have changed anything i.e.. build number etc. Sure would be nice to install an upgrade on a clean install of 10240.

Drag the window further open to see the entire ETagQueryParameters Key its long -here's mine-

I have 16393 in the Registry, 16392 in System Administration and 16450 in the personal data of my Microsoft Account!!
