How can you download flash videos from websites using the new Firefox?

My old Firefox extensions for downloading videos doesn't work anymore...
I used to use Video Downloadhelper. It has now been redone by the author and works with the new Firefox.

Look at your plug-ins and see what shockwave flash setting is set on. It may be set to Never Activate - check dropdown menu to change.

That's only for protected materials, 99% of Youtube posters would love to have their material downloaded (some even looked at). Downloading publicly displayed and available material is not piracy or illegal.

Maybe I am misunderstanding forum rules. If that's the case then why bother with browser extensions?

Interesting, but I don't see any way to undo something such as deleting a space if you do it and don't like the results.

You can always add a space through using the customise option on the toolbar right click. You have the option to add a flexible space.
