    so does pressing the middle button of my mouse and scrolling up or down any page by scrolling the mouse wheel.

    the mouse function comes with every mouse so no need for it to be added to any browser.

    Speaking of Autoscroll,

    I just noticed, on Firefox, if there is no horizontal scrollbar, there's no horizontal autoscroll indicator:
