since they trimmed down how many GB one has.

    I mean, personally I'm ok(have 1TB with O365 Personal),
    Attachment 149699
but others that didn't know about the chance to sign up and keep their extra 15GB, got sent back to 5GB. And later comers to Win10, only get 5GB.
I have 5 x 1TB with the O365 Family/Premium subscription. Currently only 3 x 1TB in use, shared among family. On my personal OD I have that extra 15GB too. :)

I use One drive only for occasional file transfer between devices and delete stuff as soon as I'm finished (but not Finish).

Well we knew that Satya was always gonna be Cloud and that would be the focus of Win 10, but as Cliff says ... provide the OneDrive space (as in free) ... they scan those for telemetry and monetize from that anyway..

NICE! You must have that MAX referral bonus too then, which is 10GB. I have the 5GB Free + 10 GB free plan bonus + 15GB Camera Roll bonus. So 30GB space + the 1024GB from O365. No referral bonuses here

I had 5 devices using OneDrive(same account: 2 desktops, 1 laptop, 1 Insider VM, and 1 Windows 8.1 VM), but was somehow getting corruptions, so I turned off four of them, and just use it for my main machine.

To transfer files at home I just use Homegroup, and if I need something when I'm not home, any browser opened InPrivate or Incognito will do, as my password will not be saved.

I don't even remember the Seagate thing! But I'm only using about 20GB now, so ok for me.

I've been using it since before it was SkyDrive. It was originally part of the Windows Live Essentials and I've just taken up offers when they came along.

I think SkyDrive came with 25GB, and it was possible to do something to keep that on the 2 occasions when they cut it down by 10GB each time.
