Not if it's the Garbage Collector...it is slow with it's cleanup services (usually takes a couple of minutes for it to clean up), and it seems GC thinks something is not in use anymore even if it is. Meaning that the handle association has changed to another single instance instead of managing a list of instances. Thus closing one windows, closes all of them.

Maybe the close signal for some reason gets sent to all instances instead of the one it is supposed to. It could simply be that the code block for this function is in wrong place or handling wrong list of instances. It is common to have references to instances in multiple places, which may or may not be a good idea.

Oh, gosh there are so many reasons something could go wrong. What surprises me is that MS has done nothing to address this issue.

I can't see why MS thought skip ahead was a good idea for it's testing program. Surely MS's priorities must be in getting the RS3 release solid.
