But how do you install this then if you were never offered updates as bug is in current install? Seems catch 22 to me.

This seems to be the main Feedback item for the sleep issue that started several weeks ago for some. There are others, but this one has the most votes. If you still see the issue, then this is the best way for it to be noticed. I'm still enduring the new low-priority installer, so I don't know if it's with us in 16257, but since it's never been acknowledged, I'd be shocked if it wasn't.
