My guess is, as I said, that it will be added to Windows in 2018. I would not be surprised to see it in version 1803, but latest in version 1809.
It would be nice if they also improve the security in PS, as malware can still use it too.
Maybe let/force it to run in containers, then always require admin privileges to let it run at all.

Use NON Administrator accounts in normal use and you have your PS security elevated.

That's not quite what I meant.

Another app causing trouble - Skype. This error -

Same as the Feedback hub. Selected uninstall then had to log out then log in to be able to re-download. Working reasonably now.

TechNet PS2EXE : PowerShell Scripts to EXE Files

OK, so remember that unprotected PowerShell environment that I mentioned? Well, as it turns out, Microsoft doesn’t offer it as a malware authoring tool. Imagine that. Instead, insecure PowerShell environment exists within a utility called PS2EXE.
PS2EXE is a free tool for converting PowerShell scripts into executable files.
However, there isn’t really a way to compile a PowerShell script into an EXE file. Since PS2EXE can’t do a true conversion, it encapsulates the PowerShell script into an EXE file, along with a lightweight (and insecure) PowerShell environment. This means that when you run the EXE file, the PowerShell script executes in a completely separate PowerShell environment.
It is worth noting that PS2EXE can’t handle every PowerShell script. This is especially true for scripts that call .NET or that use certain modules. Even so, PS2EXE does allow a PowerShell script to run in spite of a computer’s execution policies.

There is something happening to me in this build (and in the previous one), and I do not know if it is a new feature or a bug, if I shut down or restart my PC with a window of Chrome open, that same window open automatically when Windows starts, they are even loaded before entering the password on the lock screen, last night I turned off my PC when I was watching a video and today when I turned it on I started to hear the sound of the video on the lock screen, that surprised me.

But this did not happen in builds prior to 16251, in other forums other people have the same problem.

Something to be aware of. Chrome recently bumped versions too so Windows may not be the cause.

    Restored my whole last session.
Although the YouTube Tab did not have focus at Restart the music played after Restart when I switched to it.
But, I forgot to enable Crash Reports!!!
