Anyone know how it arrived here on an insider update done the day before this turned up?

Skippy, rs_prerelease 12657.1000 appears not to have this folder, so I guess it is to do with the upcoming FCU.

None of the above and yes I'm a Skippy but bad at jumping.

I do not have a touch screen so I would guess that this would not work for me.

Hahha, I understand the equalizer, but visualizers...hmmm... those were very popular at one point but I have no use for such.

You don't need a touch screen to use touch keyboard, it can be used with mouse. Right click Taskbar to add it:

Touch keyboard can then be launched from notification area:
