    First try was a failure for me. Did a "retry" and it hung @ 2% for 15 minutes then proceeded. After restart and sign in, IE opened full screen?

    Only issue was a reset of Synaptics touchpad settings. Now includes tap access to Cortana and Action Center. Also updated Office 2016. CumUpdate installed quickly with no known issues.

    Installed the update and everything is fine.

    Looks like the "notification and actions settings issue" has been fixed.

    My settings are showing correctly now:

    Installed fine, on both Desktop & Laptop, but on initial reboot ...
    Cortana Popped Up (I have cortana disabled)
    Sign in screen had lock screen spotlight background image (I have that turned off)
    Rebooted again and and back to normal
