Announcing Windows 10 Insider Slow Build 16251 PC Insider

I think Dona is celebrating the 16th anniversary or whatever she tweeted. I suspect we get new builds on Friday. I think they wanna get as much as possible fixed for RS3 so we can test that. I also think there are a lot of hidden glitches in build 16251 that needs to be resolved. They have changed a lot behind the scenes in upcoming RS3 compared to RS2.

MS seems a bit slow at the moment. :)

There will be a build sometime today. DS would have tweeted by 8:00AM PST if there were NOT to be a build. The next time will be at 4:00 or 7:00PM EST normally.

I just inventoried things that are missing, I assure you there's a lot of parts I'm not missing. (no dirty thoughts please !!).
