Precisely. The file won't download to his machine. If he can't download it to find it, how can he install it?
When he clicks on icon in onedrive, he is prompted to save or run. He needs to run it and it will create folder uuptoiso and install files needed in that folderWhen he clicks on desktop icon, program window opens and is ready to enter saved address

True. If he's clicking Run. It looks to me like he's trying to save it, then he wants to run it. Assuming of course.
If he did run it will usually install in a folder on the C: drive, but it looks as though he didn't get that far either.

Time for an "experimental" setting for the browsers. Google has had beta versions for years. In the meantime, use Edge for streaming.
Am I missing something here? As far as I know, my TV doesn't have any browsers; however, I have Netflix and a few others resident. I bought it this past Christmas season and it has a lot of bells and whistles.
