I have to admit something that makes the geek in me feeling good but in reality shows just how lonely I am....

I use Cortana a lot, talk to her and listen her to answer. She opens apps for me, creates reminders and calendar events, tells me about the weather and recent news and so on.

But: I've noticed that sometimes it can be up to four five days that the only "person" I've talked to and have heard talking to me is Cortana
And you still have to take out garbage.

Have you thought more about the different titled UUP folders? Whatever the difference, at least the main thing is the EXT:ESD search in the Download folder works.

I have. We have at least 3 different known releases for this build.

    1. x64 RS3_Release
    2. x64 RS_Preview
    3. x86 RS3_Release

Each release is approximately 100-150GB in size, containing all editions from Home to Enterprise

With this Build, I'm testing Edge, but so far, importing Favorites just doesn't cut it for me.

    I go to Settings>Import from another browser>choose Firefox>Import

What I get are: Imported from Firefox 2, Imported from Firefox 3, 4, 5 and 6 with no identification of what's there. So, maybe I click on the Imported . . . 4 and find Bookmarks Bar, Bookmarks Menu and Unsorted Bookmarks all with the > in front of them; however, when I click on it, I generally do not get any valid bookmarks. So far, I've clicked on all of the above, and it's a real mishmash of saved bookmarks.

I keep my banking links in Firefox with no problem; however, when exported to Edge, I find several links, but generally there is no link. I did finally find a valid link in Imported from Firefox 3, but I shouldn't have to go on safari to hunt for my valid bookmarks! Edge just cannot import bookmarks correctly! If I want to easily go to one of the bookmark links I've saved, I have to open Firefox. Otherwise, I have to open several "links" in Edge to find anything I want!

This one lack alone makes me want to pitch Edge into the garbage pile.

I am tempted to delete all of the bookmarks (which aren't really bookmarks at all) in Edge and start over with the import just to see what will happen.

You and me both - MS dropped the ball big time with Edge

When it comes to efficient usability, Edge is a joke compared to other browsers. Performance is quite good though(when the browser works)

Yeah, when I hover over a "group" in Firefox, I get a flyout with all my links; Edge doesn't ... do ... that. As the Nationwide Insurance commercial says. :)
