    There is a way. They don't go away until you click one or dismiss it. There is a "see more" button to look at previous you have not addressed yet. Close as I can come to what you are describing.

    In my experience some of them do indeed go away without clicking or dismissing. I've an idea I've seen this more from non-Microsoft apps, but it's still annoying!

    I just noticed this can be set. Wonder if it has any influence on retention.
