I can confirm the UUP folder names for x64 versions of Builds 16251. 0 and 16251. 1000:
Build 16251. 0 ( Active development of Windows ):
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\3ec4bb507630d4a5e06349bc964df302\
Build 16251. 1000 ( Skip Ahead to the next Windows release ):
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\f0b051ae78c6ce0463c9f8df2340c484\
When I could not find the file, ended up searching the entire C: for file name, parts of file name, size, date. Even asked Cortana EDGE seems to be working better and better for me. Believe it or not, IE is the only browser that will allow me to view my security cameras.
In one of your previous post's about TV browsers, 2 of mine has a very klunky "browser" that you have to push the up/down arrow on your remote to select a letter on the screen to search for something, PITB sort of.
On my little lappy 2 in 1, MS changes the background pic quite often. (I consented to it) Some of the pic's are pretty nice and would like to save some, is there a location they are stored in.?
Try looking in:
C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets
All the files there are JPG files, but they lack the extension. The biggest files are the ones you are looking for.
Another folder where you find some of the pictures is:
C:\Windows\Web\Screen
Actually the whole C:\Windows\Web folder contains all images I recognize from my lock screen.
C:\Users\*vpce\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState\Assets
Copy the files to another folder and then change the extension to .jpg with CMD, In some cases I've noticed "strange behaviors" on Spotlight after copying those files, so what I do is create a restore point before modifying that folder, Another alternative is to use this option in Winaero Tweaker, but sometimes it does not work well:
