Could you please tell me how am I supposed to clean install without install media? I do regular clean installs on both physical and virtual machines, for that I need an ISO and a USB install media made from that ISO.

Simple. Some folks like a clean build every time they update. Others run into the dreaded 08X or whatever bug and are forced to do a clean install. Others cannot complete the update, it gets hung, it rolls back, or whatever. If you have issues with the file system that chkdsk and sfc cannot fix, that will cause the update to also fail. All of these folks need to manually update.

I get it now. I usually do a system image backup prior to letting go of my machine so I now understand the rational.

I tried that before I had to go offsite to find a ISO. The Softwaredistribution/download folder was empty after the fully automated and unattended update was finished this morning when I woke up. The one in Windows.old did NOT work. I would assume that once the folder is empty, there is no way to create you own ISO any more?

Now I know exactly WHY only 720P is available on Chrome and Firefox. It has nothing to do with capabilities of the browser, nor Netflix itself. It is because of the fact that 1080p and beyond DRM is not yet standardized, thus neither Chrome nor Firefox allow FHD+ DRM content to be played. Both browsers follow strictly all internet standards.

Is that implying Edge does not?

Time for an "experimental" setting for the browsers. Google has had beta versions for years. In the meantime, use Edge for streaming.

Or just use the Netflix app...
