Yep, in Chrome I have Groups/Folders that are up to 5 levels deep. But it's really fast to find the right link from there. On Edge I have click, click, click, click...

In the Windows Update tab it's the "Restart Now" button, but it just restarts everything.

I think we need a bit more information about your current system, what version you have, what version you are upgrading to. Screenshots would be great.

Are you saying that when you click on Restart Now that it boots into the version of Windows 10 you already have on your machine (Build 16241)?
