If the workgroups are still working then Windows XP SP3 and later would be visible, as the technology is an old one.

That's providing SMB v1 is still running otherwise the network shares don't show up in explorer.

The Homegroup system uses IPv6 but the Windows networking was around prior to IPv6 being ratified so should not need IPv6

XP to Win 10 and Win 10 to XP does not work for me, ever since the first Creators Update.

If anyone has a guide or tutorial I can follow to make it work I'd be glad to try it out. I still get XP syste4m at the shop that it would be nice if I could connec them to out WORKGROUP rather than have to use sneakernet to move files back and forth.
