    Update history saying 'no updates have been installed yet' while Control Panel still shows the list of installed updates is exactly what you'd see if you Reset Windows Update in Windows 10. There's nothing obvious in the list of 'issues addressed' that says it would reset Windows Update, but it's a plausible explanation.

    I thought I was installing the Cumulative Update in 14393.1480, cuz it didn't prompt for a restart; when I came back it was 15063.502!

    This update did ask me for a restart... (Thanks Bree- just another quirk for venturing off the beaten path I guess).

    It seems that you have version 1703 installed instead of version 1607.

    Yeah, now that I look back at the screenshot, it did say Feature Update! I wasn't paying attention that day!
    That one sneaked by me! Oh well! :)
