    Seems MS forgot the digital signatures. I get Norton Firewall alarms when starting the Office 365 programs.

    Then the problem lies with Norton.
    You cannot install anything in Windows 10, for quite some time now, that requires signed drivers(as long as you have secure boot enabled, I believe), and Office needs lots of drivers

    Same here. Invalid certificate warning.

    Checked the file (outlook.exe) on Virustotal.
    Got the same MD5/SHA-1 and a detection 0/63, so for me the file is safe.
