    A lot of the things mentioned were things that occurred to me over the last few weeks. I think it is turning into more fluff than substance.
    I sat in on Wednesday's Webcast; 3 minutes of Taco hats and Wonder Woman shields was enough for me!!!

    @Kari,

    I didn't know that - good for you. I'll have to start following you on Twitter - you are now followed.

    Thanks - I am glad to see I am not the only one with my views.
    I still enjoy the builds/the learning/the posting here stuff

    Can we have a forum rule - no taco hats - no ninja anything -

    I am not surprised we got put on hold. The same canary build, 16246, has been on buildfeed.net since Tues, I also agree the Insider Program has really changed and we have little input into the development process.

    Where would it make a difference for me to have input on the Quick Create screen in Hyper-V which is basically an ad for a particular VM (Windows 10 dev environment) where for example WSL is pre-installed with the only documentation being that the Ubuntu user has a password of - hold on here "password". Seriously though the thing really requires at least 50 GB of free space to install - it will fail if you only allocate the supposed minimum of 32GB. Well, its back to Linux folks.

    Thank you for the article you posted, and I agree--Gabe treated us as if our input mattered. Now, I think we are treated as members of a sub-human species and our input really is placating us and makes no difference.

    I am going to go way out on a limb here - no offense meant to, or at, anyone, but I suspect most of us here are older than the average Insider - just a non-offensive guess. I suspect most of us are more interested in the cake as opposed to the icing.

    Dona Sarkar read that article and answered this:

    I hope one of those things that will bring back is the old way of downloading and installing builds.
