You got that right - I love messing around with things - I now have 3 identical editions of 16421 - it all started because I changed the Office edition on C and thought it might be easier this way than changing the Office edition on each drive.

I love this desktop on the Enterprise edition: Can't read the lettering - USS Enterprise.

What citizens of the USA forget is that "fall" is something you do when you trip up, and "autumn" is a scientific term for a certain time of year. In most of the world autumn is the preferred term.
This is why Firefox has a en US and a en GB two different languages.

Hmmm. Got this build in the middle of the day. Installed perfectly fine on both devices without any intervention.

Which is 9.17.2017 from what I have read.
Don't you mean 17/9/2017 - if MS can use FCU and ACU (Autumn being far more common than Fall), then the least you can do is quote the form most commonly used - this is a British website after all .

Looks like buildffeed.net is back in business :) The latest Canary, just posted, was compiled Thursday. It is
    10.0.16245.1000 (rs_prerelease.170713-1428)

My guess is that we will 1get 16246 or maybe 16247 which will have been compiled Friday or Saturday.

This news just came across My Twitter feed. You may have to cut and paste the URL.

I hope a community like this gets going around the Server Insider Preview builds. I'm downloading the ISO now. It weights in at less 2.8 GB vs the latest ISO for Windows Server 2016 which is over 6GB

Installed in VirtualBox VM. You don't get a GUI here, in fact, you have run powershell from cmd.exe because a terminal is all you get. It will be awhile until I install this over my existing Windows Server 2016 Installation.

Yeah, I noticed it a couple days late. Actually, I don't have a Twitter feed per se. Too distracting. I just got around to firing up Tweetdeck on Canary. The point is I'm going to install in Hyper-V and use Remote Desktop Connection to manage. I wonder if the Brink administrator would consider opening a sub-forum for the Server Insider?

Having no say on this matter, I can only express my opinion: I think the number of those of our members and guests alike interested in Windows Server is simply too modest to justify own subforum. My Windows Server tutorial has less than 39K views since the day it was published about 14 months ago: Windows Server 2016 - Setup Local Domain Controller Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials

Compare that to for example 11K+ views this thread has got in less than four days. If I were an admin on site like Ten Forums, I wouldn't create a new subforum that only interests some occasional guests and a handful of members.

Just my personal opinion, nothing else.

    Kari
