That went well. Never did time it this time. So far, so good.

Well..... found an interesting bug, about the size of Mothra! Concerns this from Known Issues up in post #1:

If you have display scaling higher than 100%, you may encounter a bug where the hit targeting is offset when interacting with various parts of the shell. This is particularly noticeable in Action Center, where it might appear that nothing in Action Center can be cleared, but can also happen with the taskbar Jump lists and My People. If this happens, go to Settings > System > Display and change the size of text, apps, and other items to something else. Once you’ve done that, put it back to how you like it and issue should be resolved.

I have my display set to 150%, so I can see it. (100% is micro-text). Sure enough, Action Center is all whacked out. Hover and move the mouse pointer around, and the focused tile, like Settings, Night Light, is about 2 inches below the pointer! If you're lucky, after a couple of clicks it will take. So I did what the "fix" said. Set it to 100%, signed off/on, worked perfectly. Set it back to 150%...Broke! Repeated the whole thing with 125%, broke with 125%. Back to 100%, works fine. Back to 150%...broke. It's like a gun-sight set to 1000 yds when the target is 10 ft away!

I have pinned Settings to the taskbar for now. Not going to bother with this build on the other Insider OS, or my VMs.

    Cheerio!

EDIT: Reported in Feedback with video capture of the weird behavior. Error - Windows Insider Program

Waiting install @ 75%...I've never actually used the mail app--so no problem here with email... I just use google.com and outlook.com in the browser sans the mail app (don't need it.)

looks like the 75% stall is still there -
The '75% Stall' is most likely when your image is being lifted from your device and the new Build is being slipped underneath.

I use Office 365 Outlook 2016, so don't need to mess with Windows Mail, which has never been much good.
