Download went smooth, 70-90mbps, didn't get stuck at all but the install failed at 80% because 13GB of free space was not enough. It's unpacking files like crazy, distribution folder was over 10GB(50K+ files)
Also the ESD files were cleaned up when it failed so i can't make a ISO. 
Anyways, i saw they didn't fix the Mail app yet so I'm gonna skip this build and use a ISO next time..

From start of d/l to desktop - 1 hr. 26 minutes - BUT - that includes making an iso prior to reboot and a trip to the store for popcorn prior to reboot - :)

Tweaks to settings like text. Disk Cleanup. Optimize. General cleanup. Poke around for obviously broken things. Backup. Other odds & ends.

Stuck on 97%. Had hoped for restart less than an hour in, but that's looking iffy now.
Update: Nope, just hit Restart. :)
Mine has been stuck at 97% for past 45 minutes ???

Slow Install but runs okay for me
