    Win10

Just upgraded using ISO from 16237 -> 16241
    Setup - 10 - 15 minutes
Restart to Desktop - 57 minutes

Everything seems to work OK, the Mail app works for 5/6 emails accounts. Only one yahoo account is still kind of glitchy, sometime it syncs sometimes it doesn't.

Yes, mirroring is best if with few bugs or before a crash. Better hurry.

That error appears to me almost every time I use the option to restore system in Windows, but when I use the option that appears on the blue screen with advanced options, restore system always works.

Clean install version 1703 build 15063, run Windows Update to bring it up to date, restart, opt in for fast ring. Logically thinking this should be the ideal scenario to get upgrade without issues.

But, logics and reality do not always meet.

    Welcome to TenForums, Srktx.

That's fantastic! I started the process on my two (desktop first and then Lappy), left them alone. When I got home the desktop was done. I then started Lappy and went to play in my pool league. Got up this morning and she was done.

the mobile is running really well - super smooth display..
Continuum looks fantastic on the monitor - crystal clear, beautiful colours.. (via Dock)
BT keyboard and mouse handling perfectly..

The USB 3.0 connection is instantly recognised, and functions correctly..

Stop and disable Superfetch in services.

Zap the hiberfil.sys file (kills hibernation and Fast Startup) with powercfg -h off at admin cmd prompt.
Here is my new-build check list for fresh upgrades:

    1) powercfg -h off

    2) Check sys restore and turn on if needed

    3) *Disable Prefetch Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters (because I have an SSD)

    4) *Turn off the superfetch service (also because I have an SSD)

    5) Turn off disk defrag for drive c:\ (because I have an SSD) and all OS-installed/recovery GPT partitions

    5) Reset CoolSoft VIrtual MidiSynth

    6)Cleanup C:\ to get rid of Windows.old

It's interesting with respect to powercfg -h off, because up until a couple of builds back the previous powercfg setting was carried forward through upgrades--now it's back to resetting every build , and running this command elevated also turns off Microsoft Fast Boot in the power-switch settings, so I suppose Microsoft has begun turning on Fast Boot again....

When the program first began I had something like 15 entries--just stuff like reinstalling printer drivers and so on that had to be done each upgrade...! Things are so much better, now...!
